I dont quite remember the names of these two people, but there is a VERY popular wreck just outside of Looe, Cornwall.

My father and I were on a fishing trip when a HORRID call came over the radio, Two lost divers, descended at 1:30 PM haven't surface yet... it was 2:30 PM and the divers on the fishing boat knew the worst had happened.

in the newspaper the next morning, the head line read; " Man and Wife died on WW2 wreck"

they had gotten snagged on the jagged edges on the wreck... ran out of air and drowned.

so to them, a memorial to the two poor souls forever entrapped on that wreck.
