Couple questions...

Can anyone recommend a place to get OW certification in the Southern Maine (Portland) area? I would like to take the class this spring and any advice on choosing a place would be great.

Also, I am interested in underwater fishing in coastal Maine waters (bluefish and whatnot).... is it legal? I can't seem to find out. What about taking crabs?

I remember that there used to be a dive shop in Portland on Congress St., just west of the 295 exit (Exit 5). Not sure if it's still there, it's been years since I've checked. There also used to be one in York, but that's now closed. Good luck!
