Wow! Amazing pics! How do you get the colors so vibrant?
Strobes! Cozumel is extremely colorful naturally, it’s just a matter of getting that color to show up in the image. Shooting up on a subject to frame it against the blue of the water and then getting enough light on the coral / sponges to get them to pop against the blue of the water.

The other tip that I have is getting very very close to your subject, strobe lighting dissipates underwater very quickly and along with it goes all of the color.
 
Phil, were you shooting RAW?
 
Thought so. You should have mentioned that in the reply on how you get those vibrant colours. Not everyone understands how much more can be done when processing RAW files.
