The Burrito restaurant field is pretty mature with Chipotle's being near 30 years old and Qdoba and others having economies of scale. Not sure if their franchise model will work but I wish them the best.
This is not the first shop in the USA for them. It's not the local owners but rather clients of theirs which have purchased a franchise license from them. Here is the Arkansas announcement from a day or two ago -
