Hi guys gals. I'm from Florida and I was curious. Is smoked fish spread very common up north? It's a popular item on menus down here at touristy spots, so it seems like something vacationers might buy because it's not offered up north?

Reason I ask is because I have a kick butt recipe for king fish and amberjack smoked fish spread that I've considered marketing and offering up north.

Insight would be appreciated! :)
