All signed up for Admiralty in St. Thomas, Cane Bay in St. Croix, Pro Divers in St Kitts, the shore ex in Dominica, and Dive Barbados. Warm water diving, can't wait!

Looking forward to meeting you on the boat in St Kitts.

I am definitely looking forward to the dives.

I am now on board for four days of diving. My wife didn't object (much).

For St. Thomas and Dominica I went with the shore excursions from RC.
For St. Croix I went with Cane Bay for two tanks boat dives.
For St. Kitts I went with Pro Dive.

Three weeks and a couple days to go. Checked my gear in the pool last Friday.

The guy in St. Croix said the water is cooling off, it is only around 80°. I started laughing, bottom temp on my last dive was 48°. :rofl4:

Cool, we'll be on three of the four dives together.

The water is only 80! Man, the things one must put up with....................

So, does the water in WI ever get even CLOSE to 80? We had surface temps in the mid 70's at the local quarry in PA.

We can get in the low 70's. Even with that I am a total cold water weenie and will have a 5/4 suit on.....yep, even in 80 degree water. I figure if I am in it long enough I'll cool to 80, or the ocean will warm to 98.6 !

Todays weather report:

Bright sunshine all day 87F
Just enough breeze to keep you cool.

Water temp 81F at 80ft
No Current. Slight Swell.

Viz 100ft + offshore, 60ft + Inshore.

So that should be very similar in 3 weeks time.

What ship are you guys on and what day are you coming to St Kitts?
I think we have Parzdiver and Toolbelt diving with us so far.
I am Terry by the way and I am looking forward to meeting you guys.

Happy Holidays.

Yep, pretty awful conditions there in St. Kitts.....................................

We're there January 12th on Serenade of the Seas.

Thanks for the report Terry. We got a foot of snow on Saturday and it was in the low 30's here today.
