D4i "update"

When I took my D4i out of the case today it was off and wouldn't do anything so I plugged it up thinking it was dead. Now it just says "update" on the screen and thats it nothing else. I plug it into my mac and open DM5 and it takes it about 15min to connect to the program then shows the data transfer and my old dives that are saved but when I unplug it, nothing. Has anyone had this issue or know how to fix it? Also what is the latest firmware version on anyone else? Thanx

I'm trying to find that info but no luck. Suunto website should provide this piece of information.

It's not on there and good luck calling them I found a post from dec 2013 that said there's was on version 1.2.10 mine is just on 1.0.2 so I guess that's the Prob. I'm gonna take it to the dive shop today and let them try
