I just picked up 2 Dacor (Luxfor) AL-80s (early 90s), 3K PSI, that are shorter and wider than a standard 80. They have a fresh hydro. I can not find any info on them. Anyone know why they were made this size?

Super 80 AL80 3,000 psi 80.0 c.f. (full)-5.3 lbs (@half full)-1.6 lbs (@500psi)+0.4 lbs (empty weight)35.0 lbs (diam)8.0 in (height )22.9 in

Short, fat, and heavy.
Thank you. Sounds like they would work for a side mount pair.
