Davey Air Compressor

I came across this Davey air compressor from a neighbor. He said it was purchased from a local firestation back in 2007. It is a 20hp 220/440v 3 phase electric motor. Can pressure up to 4000 psi. It appears to be a Vane style compressor with 2 cylinders on each side for the 3rd and 4th stages. I cannot find any information online for this compressor. I contacted bargainmarge and they have never seen one either. There is no identification tags on it anywhere. The storage tank on the bottom has the year 1959 on it and 4000psi. 248 hours on it. It was last used a couple of years ago and now he wants to sell it. He said there is nothing wrong with it. Thought I would list it and see if anyone knew what it is. It is for sale. what are they asking for it? Part of the problem is the 3p motor, you'll be hard pressed to find a lot of places that could even think about running it.
May be worth asking Davey if they have any records of something like this

Yes 3ph is a tough one. He thought $1500 would buy it

20hp.. that would be an expensive vdf to run it. Looks like a neat compressor...

I think I remember these as being very quiet clicking and clacking away
but wow 20hp unless you conveniently have 111 phase or one of these

Yes they are very quiet compressors compared to the all piston type. Do you know where they were used or for what they were used? And or a model number?

Here is a picture of the tag on the motor. I assume it is a 20hp. Not completely sure but that is the only number on the tag that would make sense as to HP.
