Trip Report Davis reef 9-2-21

Viz was very nice about 50/60 feet
Water temp 84/85
Bit of current
1 to 2 foot chop
Algae is now on the reefGreen leafy), been happening every summer since Hurrican Irma and
then goes away during the winter
No bleaching no lionfish
Goliath grouper now a regular at this reef now
Nice assortment of crabs,eels and schooling fish
Great encounter with a goliath grouper,nurse shark and green moray all resting on or within inches of each other(too far in the ledge for photo)
Some photos hopefully later
Not a boat/diver in sight today
