Waited out the thunder lightning and waterspout (marina)
The seas were flat after the above with a decent current 50/60 feet viz and 86 degree water
The town and reefs are pretty much empty around here!

Most of our dives are pretty shallow so that should be niceHey deeper thoughts! I'm traveling to Islamorada for the first time in a couple of weeks. I picked up a SeaLife Sea Dragon 2000F to use with a GoPro Hero 8. Do you think this will be an ok starter setup for the reefs near Islamorada? Any other tips you have for that area would be appreciated!
Islamorada/Tavernier all the opsdo a nice jobLooks good. I've been to Key Largo on one dive trip; what do you think if staying and diving at Islamorada instead? Those seem to be the 2 leading Florida Keys destinations, from what I see on the forum.
