we are on coz for halloween again this year. we are hoping to enjoy it as much as we did a few years ago.
we were not sure if they would celebrate on the sunday (oct 30)??
but i was told there will not be the sunday night locals party anymore. apparently they even took down the stage at the municiple park.
anyone have any info on this?
