My High-School GF was deaf (she was an Amazing lip-reader) and taught me a lot of ASL. I've gotten so many "free dives" at resorts down south, because I know ASL.

I just let the shop guys know I can help out, and I get calls to the room to come down for a dive.

Last time I went diving with a "deaf diver", I dang near drowned.. We were "chatting", and laughing so Hard, I spit my reg out!!!
