Deal on PT-EP05L

For those of you living in the USA, Samy's Camera has a killer deal on the PT-EP05L and when I called, they had some in stock. They also confirmed the price, US$299. From their Web site, it also looks like they have the camera and housing combo for US$699.

They do not ship to Canada.

Great deal. Just notice that it's with the small port. It can not handle the 60mm macro or 12-50.
The new plastic port is absurdly expensive - roughly the same price.
I bought my e-pl1 housing at a comparable offer 15months ago. Now I'm just wating for the bargain m5 house..

I read at some point that someone modified an e-pl3 housing to fit an e-pl5 by two small modifications.
Do you know something about that?

EskilJ. From my recollection, I think that someone was Orenbvip who either had Nauticam (through Reef Photo) or Reef Photo who offered to modify an EPL-3 housing to fit his E-PL5 and he saved some $ going that route.
