Sorry for the lateness in adding to this thread. However, it may be of interest that the BSAC88 tables include altitude tables, and transition tables (BSAC88 Decompression tables Levels 1 to 4). The altitude tables are actually pressure based tables.

Level 1 (greater than 984mbar)
Level 2 (899 to 984mbar)
Level 3 (795 to 899mbar)
Level 4 (701 to 795mbar)

The 88's are very easy tables to use. They where designed by Dr Tom Hennessey and are designed for use from sea level to 3000m.
