Din to Yoke Conversion Kit for Apeks Flight

Does anyone know if there is any Din to Yoke conversion kit for Apeks Flight?
I am not referring to the screw on adapter. The places where I always dive are using Yoke tanks, so it will be more practical for me to convert my first stage to yoke instead
Had been searching online but can't find any website that sells that
If there is, where and how can I order a set?

There is not. Just get an Apeks dealer to order you the Yoke fitting it takes about 5 mins to swap out. Good luck.
