There are lots of easy shore dives, many have great amenities, things like restaurants, dive shops, beach chairs etc. Navigation is fairly easy, swim/snorkel out to the reef, check current start dive into it if present. Some of the spots have narrow bays so it's important to fix a landmark for exit.

Also when we were there Jan 2020, they had a morning boat and an afternoon boat, we did not do any boat dives in 10 days. Just the five of us, me, my wife, and our three teenagers. All present and accounted for😉
