Can you guys recommend a good dive operator in the Balingaon and Camiguin area? I'm going there with my friends this Sept 21. If you guys can also recommend decent places to stay in Balingaon that would be much appreciated!

Johnny's has several branches over Camiguin and one of them was(is) at Secret Cove where I stayed and dived.
The island is great but the diving is not as good as the others in the country.
You do not have to go all the way to Balingaon to catch the ferry, there was(is) a fast craft sailing to Camiguin from CDO. Check Paras Sea Cat.
