Dive Operators in Playa Del Carmen

I have a friend who is going to Mexico to finish his open water. I told him I would post a thread to see who would be a good operator. So far he is considering Phocea and Tankha. Has anyone dove with either of them, if so, what did you think.

I had a great time diving with Playa Scuba Dive Center they are safe,small, professional and personal I felt like family friends instead of customer and we went to sites noone gets to see on a regular dive, while the others mentioned before have gotten too big, you are just a number
