I'd look at the DiveRite and DSS setups. Contact DSS directly and see what they have to offer. Either system will do you well.
I'd avoid the others you mentioned, as they do not have nearly the track record others offer.
If cost is the most enormous concern, however, you might want to check out the Freedom Plate + any wing you want, and/or go with a simple hog harness.
