I do not see a size anywhere on the harness. My guess is that it is a large or XL. I am 6ft, 210#, 36" waist, and there is plenty of webbing left for adjustment. I also looked inside the wing cover to see if there was a date anywhere on it but did not find one. I've had it about 1-1/2 years and only dove it once. I got it as a back up or to transform into a travel kit but never did.
