Dive site parking on Cape Ann?

I'm back to diving after almost 30 years. I used to go shore diving on Cape Ann back in the 80's when parking was easy. I've been scoping things out on google earth and visiting town web sites and all I see is "Resident Sticker Required".
Can anyone fill me in on how people are accessing the dive sites in the area? Are the parking restrictions seasonal or year round?

The now-closed Cape Ann Divers still has its web page up with a pretty good description of area dive sites, including where to park. I'd suggest making a copy before the web site gets pulled down.
