The downloader that works for the Nitek HE also works for the Nitek3 - http://www.diveriteexpress.com/computers/nitekhe.shtml.

There is a thread on how to make a DIY interface for the Dive Rite Duo which includes some fairly complicated stuff for a non-computer geek like me and the Nitek HE/3 uploader looks even more complicated. It uses a serial cable and you pretty much need 3 hands to get it to work. I tried to get the Duo uploader to work on my HE - they both use the same software and a two pin connection, but no matter what I tried I couldn't get it to read the data from the HE through the Duo uploader so I gave up and bought a HE uploader.
