According to PADI, there 4 PADI 5 Star IDC shops in Maryland.

My bet is on Sea Colony Aqua Sports. If you look at the Ad in the link above, the sale broker just cut-n-pasted information off the customers website from their 'about' page About Sea Colony. It's an almost perfect match on the text used.

Just heard at our scuba club meeting that Splash Dive Center in Alexandria might be/is for sale. Can anyone confirm this?
