Diving in Madang, PNG?

Does anyone have experience diving in Madang, PNG? Can it be done with a land based dive operator there?

My wife and I are looking at doing an PNG adventure cruise in late April that ends in Madang, and would like to dive a few days before returning home if possible. Unfortunately, we are not able to do a 5-7 day long live-aboard due to time constraints.

Yes there are a few land based operators - some bloody awesome diving off the shore - the boston wreck , hole in wall comes to mind

It has been a while since I last dived Madang. There was a dive operator based in a resort then. As for the dive: go for it mate.
