Diving in/near Miami

Hi Guys,
I'm coming down to visit my best friend who just moved to Miami sometime this month. I'll be flying down early on a Friday, but she'll be working all day, so I'm hoping to get a couple of dives in that day before meeting up with her. Does anyone have any suggestions for a shop/boat that would have some dives going out on a Friday? I should be getting there around 10am.

Neither of these shops own a boat and both of them book their trips through RJ Diving Ventures.

But yes, there's a ton of very good diving, especially wrecks.
