Diving in Saint Vincent

Does anyone have any suggestions on where the best diving is in Saint Vincent? Also a good dive shop? I am arriving for a day on a Cruise Ship. I was planning on diving in Saint Martin but after reading some reviews, decided that Saint Vincent would be better. Anybody know if this is true?

Yes, IMHO SV diving is superior to that on SM.
