Daivoon Dive Centre in Lanzarote is offering internships for 2014/2015.
Lanzarote is a popular dive destination in the Canaries and enjoys warm conditions all year round. Its location just off the Western Saharan coast yields a fascinating mixture of both temperate and tropical species.
Daivoon has a mixture of SSI, PADI, CMAS and BSAC instructors and can offer interns anything from Zero To Hero to simply fine tuning those skills whilst working for a friendly family run Dive Centre.
The package includes assistance with accommodation (a shared apartment within walking distance of the Dive Centre 100 euros a month), A Training Plan and Mentor, all theory and practical instruction and certifications, free access to centre equipment. Our interns are responsible for flights, training packs (we can order these for you), food, working hard and having fun. If you wish to have your own equipment, we can organise this at centre discount prices.
Interns work a 6 day week, 08:30 to 18:00, responsibilities (once trained) include, Dive Guiding, Conducting Discover Scuba programs, operating the compressor, Marketing, Cleaning, Customer Liaison and general day to day activities around the centre.
