I totally agree with kfds,
Now that I have dove with sevral other dive ops, I can say that Fathom Five has been my favorite by far. The are just so much more friendly and customer service oriented than any other dive operator that I have experienced. We didn't dive with Ken, but we did dive with Charlie and Len and they were both amazing. They found every little thing that we wanted to see and made sure we saw it. By far the best dive op I have used and they are now my measuring stick for all other dive ops.
