Dive around Goa - Low viz but good marine life
Netrani Island is 250 kms from Goa and all the dive operators run 3day expeditions
Viz - 15 m min - 50 m Whale sharks in Oct and May
Grey whales are also sighted.
Amazing marine life, Fantastic deep wrecks

Diving Lackhshadeep can be expensive but similar to maldives/ Lacadives operates in Bangaram and Kadmat. Need special permission to go to these islands
