DIVING THE GREAT BARRIER REEF

I'm planning a trip to Australia and New Zealand in November 2018. We'd like to dive the Great Barrier Reef. We have heard mixed reviews and lots about massive bleaching. Would the Scubaboard Community be kind enough to share your experience regarding diving the Great Barrier Reef, recommended dive charters, accomodations? Thank you!

I haven't dived it since 2001. However, based on that experience and recent reviews I recommend Deep Sea Divers Den in Cairns as a possible dive op for you. I stayed at a hostel in Cairns which may not be to your liking.
