Do people dive all hours of the day?

Parking is not an issue where I do most of my diving so I'll dive any time of day (or night, which I do most during the busy summer months). Tide level is a more pressing factor for me although I'll dive at low tide if I need to.

It isn't like you are trying to find space to park a pickup truck.

I normally go early so that if the conditions are right I can dive all day, I just bring more tanks. Also, as others added, I am more of a morning person, there are better places to park, it is calmer in the mornings. I don't do much night diving because most spots around here have trails and beaches that are treacherous enough in the daylight, so most of my night dives are on boat trips.
