Jury returned guilty verdicts for both defendants on the charges of keeping a mischevious animal which killed, and involuntary manslaughter. Only M. Knoller was charged with 2nd degree murder, and she was convicted.

Any bets on whether these defendants try to blame the victim again?

Thank God!

This was an unacceptable and avoidable situation and these defendants choose to ignore common sense and lied to the jury about the facts.

This verdict made my day! Unfortunately this verdict cant bring ms. Whipple back but reckless, uncareing dog owners such as these losers have been sent a powerful message.

Breeding and training these types of dogs has a place and its not in an appartment / condo community. These dogs should be on a wide open area ( farm ) that is designed for training dogs of this type.

Now if only the judge has the **lls to give her at least the 25yrs she deserves. Id like to see her get life but thats not gonna happen.

Worst of all these defendants are lawers, you would think they know right from wrong.

My heart goes out to the Whipple family!

Andy
