FYI, below is a link to a video from the current season of Mighty Ships on the Smithsonian Channel. It is about the USNS Comfort, a hospital ship on a mission to offer medical care to poorer countries.

The first part of the show is about the ship, the crew and volunteers and their mission, and traveling through the Panama Canal. They arrive on Dominica at about 25 minutes into the video. Although the program is mostly about their medical activities and the people involved you will see some images of the island, the port, and the city of Roseau.

It's really great that the Navy, supported by volunteers, is able to help some people that wouldn't normally have access to advanced medical care.
