Dos Ojos cenote pictures

Last year I dove with Hidden Worlds with my brother. They sent a photographer along who took pictures as we scuba'd the Dos Ojos cenote in Mexico. I thought you guys would like to see the pics as they turned out really good.

Thanks. The water was quite chilly but the scenery was spectacular. Some of the rooms are quite large. The viz was 300 feet since the water is filtered through limestone.

If you're in Cozumel then you're a short ferry ride and a taxi ride from this place and it's worth it. There are also sections of the system you can simply snorkle.

One odd thing was the reverberation of our bubbles hitting the ceiling in the large rooms. It would roar... much like a motor boat taking off just over your head.

I just got back from Playa del Carmen about a week ago, and did two dives at Dos Ojos. I agree, it was an amazing dive!
