What are the born on dates for the tanks? The last hydro? VIP? Also what make are the tanks?

The tanks haven't been used since 2008. The visual was in 2008 and the hydro was 2005. I am not sure how to tell the born on date and the brand, I thought the brand would be imprinted on the tank.

The tanks are Pressed Steel, the born on date is 2/02. They are 300 bar din valves.
