Down Town Cabo San Lucas Hotel Suggestions

Hello,

I'm looking for suggestions for a hotel or condo close to or at the marina in Cabo San Lucas. This is a guys trip, so nothing to fancy. Not that we'd shy away from paying a little more, we just don't need to be pampered. Convenience in location and a nice view would be nice.

For our "guy's trip" last November, we stayed at the Wyndham on the Marina. Excellent location, reasonable price, close to a number of the dive operators. I'd stay with them again.

I loved staying at the Terrasol Resort(rental condo on VRBO). It is a 7 minute walk to the marina, yet completely quiet, serene and completely absent of any of the noisy, obnoxious nightlife in downtown Cabo. Beautiful oceanfront units, downside is the rough surf make beach too dangerous for swimming. Loved watching the schools of mobula rays jumping out of the water.
