Dive trip reservations are usually not refundable if the trip runs and the diver doesn't cancel prior to the last 24 hours. And dive trips ain't cheap. I don't imagine people often "no show- no cancel" for a trip.

"Usually" is not a description for Rainbow Reef. As I said before, don't give up on the dives you want to do at Rainbow Reef. They are the most accommodating dive op ever.
 
True! I bailed out of an afternoon dive I was scheduled for, totally expecting to pay for it, and was very grateful when I wasn't charged.

Found out my Bonine's limit is 4-6ft seas, and that I will pay $70 to not throw up
