Is the DS-160 substrobe doesn't contained any battery charger?
So how can I recharge the battery???
or I MUST spend additional $100 for the smart charger?

How far is the flash can go with the DS51 substrobe?
Is it good enough for wide angle photo?
 
You have to have the smart charger. Range on any flash is dependent on power and water turbidity. Two DS-51's would be okay for wide angle, probably better for close up wide angle.
