Hello everyone!am curious to know whether there are any cool dive sites in dubai.Pls let me know.I'm planning to go there first week December

Most of the dive sites off dubai are gone thanks to the construction of 4 or 5 islands (for bungalows and hotels)...the silt is covering the wrecks and the currents have all changed...
most people in dubai who want to go diving either go north (into Musandam) or to the east coast of the peninsula.. Khor Fakkan or Dibba. Most dive ops in dubai have buses taking you there just about every day or so...

I think i'll try my luck with Dibba. Sounds like i wouldnt enjoy much of diving in Dubai, and was really looking forward to seeing the underwater world from a different country. Thanks for the info

Al-Boom diving organises trips from Dubai diving the East coast, Khor Fakkan or Musandam. They can also arrange transportation from Dubai to Dibba/Khor Fakkan.

I've just booked with them, since I'll be on a business trip there for two weeks, and have to keep myself entertained on the weekend.
