Edible Sea Urchins in Aruba

Hey folks,

I am having a hard time trying to find out which if any of the species here are edible.

I have always wanted to try them, now I live here I thought why not give it a try.

If someone knows anything about this or could point me to a good site with the right info I would be very great full.

Ask the local divers, like tito, ask around most all know tito.
