Emerald Status???????

What is the status of Emerald access? Have the two boards been nailed in place? Has the dive form been approved? Not that it matters a great deal at this point since vis isn't great, but it would be nice not to let another period of decent visibility slip by with detail work remaining unresolved.

I am unsure about the boards,but I am hoping to go check on Saturday. If so,then the building inspector has to be called to approve it,but my undestanding is that he came out during construction and was impressed thus far. The dive form I understand is at legal. The last thing is when will somebody turn on the filters to clean the 0 viz water.
