I've switched from Zyrtec to Zyrtec D 2X day, and use Astelin
and Rhinocort Aqua sprays 2X day. I've also seen an Allergist, and I'm allergic to a lot of things outside. I will start on allergy shots later this summer. I can only sleep on the left side, in order to help drain the sinuses on the R side, and haven't been able to sleep through the night for several months.

I'm hoping to go scuba diving 3rd week of June, and I'd sure like to be able
to equalize by then.

Any advice is appreciating....
