My kids are interested in snorkeling- is there a cost-effective place to get them equiupped for the Puget sound temps? It would be great to have a place where stuff could be traded in as they outgrow it.

Bare makes cold water suits

Don't think there is enough demand for kids cold water gear for a shop to have a trade in policy.

Without knowing the mix of the kids stay with gender neutral colors so stuff can be handed down without too much fuss. That works until puberty anyhow.

Bare has really been going gung ho in growing the kids cold water gear line. I'm not sure how close you are to Divetank but they're a Bare shop and as affordable as they come and in the PNW.
