I wanted to edit the title of my original thread : Light Flooded
but it seems that I cannot do so. I know that often times people will just skim the headlines in a forum without reading the full story.

My intova Ultra light flooded on its first weekend. Intova Joe told us that there was a problem with a few of the lights in the original run, regarding the seal at the head. He had me contact Kevin, who arranged to have me ship the light out. Brand new light arrived in the mail today!

I have three different Intova lights, the IC 12 camera and the IS2000 strobe. Of the few issues I've had, most were due to my own stupidity. Kevin has gone above and beyond to help me out and has also given me some great information with regard to using my camera!! Great, Great customer service!!!
