Faber Tank Markings

Hi guys,

A friend is selling his Faber tank. The markings goes like this:

828 - V - 12.0 - 300 - 13.0
02 1 24 FABER 81/2029/77

DRUCKLUFT - TG - 200

What do these markings indicate? I'm not so familiar with steel tanks so any input is highly appreciated.

300 is probably the test pression, in bars ( 4350 PSI)
druckluft 200 is the service pression, in bars ( 2900 PSI)
12 is the volume, in litres ( 732 cubic inches)
81/2029/77 is a serial number
