If the consumer can't tell the difference hooray! It's like vinyl replacing leather . The real stuff will be reserved for only those snobs who can afford it. Hopefully, the result will be a decrease in this wasteful & horrific fishery.

hard to imagine that anyone has been eating it for the taste. therefore, i wouldn't have thought a pork substitute would be successful. let's hope it works.
