While packing for a week long wreck diving trip to North Carolina today I reloads that a small weight bag that contained my din converter for my Hog D1 reg set got left behind on our last weekend trip. Took a break packing and decided to go to the Long Beach Scuba Show.
Chris from Egde Gear was at the show displaying his toys. I found the exact din converter I'd lost (and would need before O dark 30 hrs the next day) and asked if I could buy it. His answer, "Well, not really selling them, they're just for display so just take one, it's on me".
Outstanding products and fantastic customer service is sooooo hard to find these days. Just another reason why I'm glad a buddy talked me into buying Hogs for my son, which led me into buying a set for me, which led my husband into rounding out the team with a set for himself.
Thanks again Chris

More important how was the diving?

+1 ! ! !

I have a 8-mo old 2nd stage that developed a squeal, but no local dealer -- Chris was like, "Here, take this one and send me yours when you get home."

Really?!?!?! Yes, Really!! So good to know someone stands behind their product so strongly. :hugs:

Chris,
Diving the wrecks in NC was out of this world. Great conditions got us 2 or 3 dives each day on different wrecks. Got to dive the U352 as well as so many other wrecks it was hard to count. Sand tiger sharks on most dives that were bigger than we are.....up close and personel! Outstanding week. Again, thanks for the converter.

and looking forward to finding out the squeal source...

sounds like fun, if you got any shots of HOG gear in action you should post them on my facebook page
