Breakfast-cofee, bagel
Snacks-orange peanut butter crackers and Coke
Lunch-Italian sub
Dinner-fresh caught lobster

Breakfast -- homemade egg sandwich or bacon-egg-cheese breakfast burrito from Sonic (these having staying power during a dive)

Between dives -- fruit, grilled chicken or steak, chicken salad from Eatzi's, slice of cheese, pb&j sandwich on whole grain rustic bread, raisins, hot soup with a dash of cayenne when it's cold to help warm up

After diving -- El Nogalitos carne asada with lots of pico de gallo or some other restaurant

Drinking plenty of water all day. Tank air dries me out :)
