It's a Red Hind. Red Hind - Epinephelus guttatus - Groupers - Speckled Hind, Strawberry Grouper - Tropical Reefs
Very similar to a Graysby in the color and spotting but a Graysby has three distinctive black dots along the border of the dorsal.
